Blue Steel
Blue steel is an oral aphrodisiac that is 100% natural and herb-based. The Blue Steel orally taken components are not, however, pills or capsule, but strips. These are dissolved quickly on the tongue, the idea being that in this way they are quickly and more efficiently absorbed into the body, so that more of the active ingredients actually get into the bloodstream and the tissues of the body. Also, by having strips that dissolve in the mouth the body’s natural salivary enzymes help break down the ingredients in Blue Steel more thoroughly. There is actual scientific evidence to back up general claims like this, so it’s a good idea. And, hey, Blue Steel even helps freshen your breath with a cinnamon-like ingredient.
The makers of Blue Steel say that test results show increased libido, harder erections that last longer and are achieved more easily, and sometimes even a revived sense of all-around manhood in those males who take it. However, they also go on to say that some users have reported increased penis size from this orally-taken herbal stimulant: as much as three inches of new length and 25% more in girth.
The ingredients known to be in Blue Steel are:
horse chestnut (increases potency)
Longjack (a Malaysian herb believed to trigger the production of endogenous testosterone)
L-Arginine (for relaxing the blood vessels)
Maca (Peruvian root for increasing virility and potency)
Yohimbe (used for centuries in Africa to maintain erections)
Results
In spite of the manufacturer’s claims about how well Blue Steel works, there have not been any clinical trials done with the formula. As a matter of fact, Blue Steel has been discontinued, although there are offshoot products now available.
In addition, the claims of adding inches to penis length and circumference to penis girth are highly suspect. The “three inches/25%” claim is standard in the industry, and it’s misleading. There is absolutely no evidence, as common sense might tell us, that an herbal supplement can grow a larger penis in an adult male. What’s really happening is that men with erectile dysfunction or loss of libido are taking the formula and experiencing enhanced sex drive and blood flow to the tissues of the penis. There is plenty of evidence and experience supporting the fact that certain herbs and natural enhancements can have this effect.
Side Effects
Yohimbe is known to cause heart palpitations, anxiety, or high blood pressure in some users. In fact, the makers of Blue Steel say that nobody should take more than four strips in a given 24-hour period.
Bottom Line
Good stuff:
the natural ingredients in Blue Steel probably do work at least to one extent or another to increase libido and enhance blood flow, which could have positive effects beyond getting more frequent, firmer, and harder erections.
Bad Stuff:
There are no known published authentic testimonials, and there is no clinical evidence backing up Blue Steel. And of course, that claim of increasing biological penis size borders on absurdity.
There is no reason to recommend the use of Blue Steel–if you can even find it any longer as it’s been discontinued. If the offshoots of it are similar, there is no compelling reason to recommend them, either.
