Promagnum XL
Promagnum XL is a line of organic herbal supplements for enlarging the penis distributed by MetaHerbal Laboratories. According to the Promagnum XL website, their product is the only pill of its kind that is doctor approved and uses a fully organic formula. The website claims that their penis enlargement pills have been voted number one on the Internet. Promagnum XL also claims:
Penis length will increase by at least 4 inches
Penis girth will increase by at least 3 inches.
An uptake in stamina, desire to perform and firmer erections.
Features and Ingredients
The first ingredient in Promagnum XL is horny goat weed, which is listed on the product as epimedium sagitum extract. Horny goat weed is an all natural aphrodisiac that has a history dating back to ancient Chinese medicine. The herb increases desire in men and women; in male sex aids, it is used to improve erectile dysfunction. Another interesting ingredient in the formula is Korean red ginseng. This form of ginseng is believed to be more potent than other forms of ginseng and may help to stimulate blood flow to the penis, raising testosterone levels and enhancing the libido. Extract from muira pauma, a South African tree is also provided in Promagnum XL. The bark of the tree is considered an aphrodisiac and works to stimulate sexual desire and increase penis hardness.
Hawthorn berries, maca, saw palmetto, cayenne, Echinacea, ginkgo biloba and oatstraw complete the ingredients list.
Only one pill of Promagnum XL is taken a day. According to the manufacturer, men will begin seeing increases in penis girth and length in as little as 45 minutes but some men may not see results for 6 weeks. They also suggest man stop taking the product after 3 months or when they have reached their desired size since the increases will be permanent.
Results
We were expecting great things from this product but ended up disappointed and with no improvements made in penis size, stamina or even desire to have sex. Yes, there are some ingredients included in this formula which have an association with treating erectile dysfunction and improving stamina. However, they have to be included in high enough dosages to get the reported benefits. For instance, experts recommend that horny goat weed be taken in doses of 500 mg, several times a day to get results. The recommended dosage for Korean red ginseng is usually 500 mg a day. Even after using this product for a 2 month period, we did not get the benefits promised.

Side Effects
Ginseng has a number of stimulating properties and can cause nervousness, anxiety, headaches and sleeplessness. The results are even more likely to occur when combined with caffeine. Those with diabetes, low blood pressure, about to undergo surgery or take any medications on a regular basis may not be able to safely take a product containing ginseng.
Final Verdict
Promagnum XL promised a bigger penis size but their claims are unsubstantiated by our personal use, therefore, we do not feel comfortable endorsing this product. We suggest you look to products with proven ingredients and in high enough dosages to offer long-lasting benefits.
