The ingredients are completely different and this is a good secondary complementing product, but Volume Pills works better (for me). a good product though. How I take Volume Pills - I always take 3 pills everyday. (the recommended dose) - 2 in the morning & 1 in the evening. - I always make sure to take them with a FULL glass of water. A few things to note - I'm in my mid-twenties and produce what I would consider to be an average amount of volume & 'shooting' distance, and have never had any sexual problems. - I have other volume increasing pills (i.e. Semenax, Roplex, etc.) - I've tried Zinc supplements, as well as your average Mens One-A Day multivitamin with little or no effects. - Over the years I've tried a few supplements for 'mens health' that claimed to increase performance, arousal, etc. all of which either did not work or had negative side effects (i.e. racing heart, headache, upset stomach, they basically made me feel like I had just taken a caffeine pill) - I haven't experienced any negative side effects while taking Volume Pills.
